Khandro Déchen Tsédrüp Rolpa’i Yeshé is a Nyingma Lama who teaches in the Dzogchen lineage of Aro Lingma. It is refreshing to see an exercise book illustrated with images of ‘real’' people engaging proficiently in the exercises. So often yoga books show only people with ‘perfect’ bodies practising at a level it seems impossible for most of us to achieve. An invaluable and inspiring handbook.
